Allied Mortgage Group (AMG) dba Reverse ultra (RU) is a leading fast paced provider of Reverse and Conventional Mortgages. As a direct lender, we offer all the key Reverse Mortgage Programs including the Fixed Rate HECM and adjustable rate programs. In addition we have a comprehensive mix of Conventional products as well that we process, underwrite and fund ourselves.

We seek seasoned and motivated Brokers/Originators/Loan Officers/Reverse Mortgage Specialist/AE/Account Executives/Personal Bankers that can work independently and can benefit from working for a bank. Some of these benefits are:

• Access to ALL loan programs under one roof, etc.
• As a Full Eagle FHA Lender, AMG offers manual underwriting, and has the ability to close loans within one week.
By being part of the Virtual Banker program, the broker/originator gets access to software proprietary to the “AMG/RU" program:
• Loan tracking software
• Reverse Mortgage Calculator/origination system
• Pricing and Underwriting engines
• On-line marketing materials
AMG/RU program handles all processing, underwriting and closing needs of the broker/originator and is licensed in over 30 states, allowing the Virtual Banker to originate in multiple states.
Requirements
Requirements for Unique Virtual Banker Opportunity
• We seek candidates that are having an entrepreneurial mind set and have a multiple years of experience in the mortgage business.
• Min. years for a candidate 2 - 7 years
• This position is designed for candidates with a high level of inner drive and resourcefulness
• This position will need a disciplined self starter who will benefit from the unique opportunity of working their own business from the convenience of home.
• Qualified candidates would have to be able to substantiate past production levels.
• A comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry in terms of products, underwriting, credit risk and compliance is necessary and will be tested.
• Preferred past experience and knowledge in Reverse Mortgage originations
