Remote Loan Officer with a Federally Chartered Bank

Talent Systems has worked with hundreds of mortgage bankers and here's the bottom line in todays market, turn times at the biggest banks are slower than ever, they decline too much good business, and their comp plans are no longer competitive. Talent Systems is currently recruiting for a smaller Federally Chartered Bank who has been in business for more than 100 years. We’re looking for independent loan officers and small teams to help expand this Banks mortgage lending division. These positions offer commission payouts that are typically two to three times as high as most major banks. In addition they offer faster turn times, more approvals, and the option to broker without penalty. And most importantly, while other banks are dealing with defaults and cutbacks we have less than one page of REO’s and we’re currently expanding.

* Lend in all 50 States including FHA without individual state licensing
* Extremely aggressive rates and programs including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional
* Underwriting turn times 24-48 hours on in house loans
* High commission splits on both SRP and YSP
* Broker loans without penalty including FHA
* Commissions paid bi-montly
* Reasonable production requirements of two loans per month
