With our continued success, the Direct Division of GRI is seeking successful loan originators for Mortgage Consultant positions in our Chicago and Schaumburg office. The Direct Division offers Mortgage Consultants a unique opportunity to take advantage of a call center environment and the marketing resources of a retail business model. They also have the luxury of getting real-time leads through the best converting internet resources.

Our Mortgage Consultants continue to see unlimited income potential while we move forward through this market correction in the mortgage industry. The Direct Division offers an in-house streamlined process where we can offer our clients the best-in-class customer service with the most competitive rates and loan programs in the market place.

The Opportunity:
- Have access to best converting real-time leads in the industry.
- Marketing resources to maintain and build referral networks.
- Originate business in 36 states.
- In house underwriting for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loans.
- Career advancement in state and out of state. We have offices in
Boston, Chicago, San Diego, Boca Raton, FL, and Scottsdale, AZ.

Our Expectations:
- Maintain compliance standards at all times.
- Close a minimum of 5 1st Lien Mortgages per month.
- Generate $20,000 in net revenue from funded loans per month.
- Present 2 Loan Proposals to clients per day.
- Submit 2 files to underwriting per week.
- Complete 3 loan applications per day.
- Call all leads three to four times a day until client is reached.
- Effective management of all leads and pipeline through our Lead Management System.
